Congress Outline

This Congress will be attended by representatives of member organizations of the Asia Pacific Region, with the aim of discussing and exchanging valuable information and experience regarding key global issues as well as contribute to building effective partnerships of local governments.
The 1st Congress was held in 2005 in Daegu City, Korea, followed by the 2nd Congress held in 2008 in Pattaya City, Thailand. The 3rd Congress will be hosted by Hamamatsu City. The Congress outline is as follows. We look forward to seeing you!
