*1: Early Registration applies to persons who have registered and made the payment by August 15th.

*2: The reduced fee for Accompanying Person(s) applies to the partners / spouses / sons / daughters / family related members of the Early Registration and Normal Registration applicants.
(The partners / spouses / sons / daughters / family related members of Developing Country applicants should register under the Developing Countries category.)

*3: The reduced fee for Developing Countries applies to persons who meet the following requirements.
1. For those participating as delegates of an organization:
    (1)The organization’s office is located in one of the countries in the table below, and
    (2)The organization is a member of UCLG ASPAC or a sponsor for the Congress.
2. For those participating as individuals:
    (1)The participant is a national of one of the following countries.

Deadline for Registration

Deadline for Early Registration: August 15, 2010
Deadline for Pre-Registration: October 5, 2010

The deadline for pre-registration is October 5, 2010. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at 3rd UCLG ASPAC Congress 2010, Hamamatsu. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

 

 

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

Notificaton E-Mail

Reply E-mail:

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

 

Confirmation:

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you
a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation e-mail to the registration desk at the congress site to receive the congress materials.

 

 

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your registration, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the notification of cancellation is received by the Registration Office. All refunds will be made after the congress. (Bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.)

 

When written notice of cancellation is received:

Until September 16, 2010 : 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
From September 17, 2010 : 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
